That which we have seen and
heard declare we unto you, that
ye also may have fellowship with us: and
truly our fellowship is with the Father, and

As we go through the final stretch of the End Times, faith will wane more and more until there will be faith no more except among the elect:
14 For many are called, but few are chosen.
24 For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect. (Matthew 24)
When the time comes that Christians (and the public) no longer believe the scriptures, the burden of truth will fall on the heads of those who have had first-hand experiences and their testimonies, such as:
“I died and went to Hell; I know Hell is real.”
Or,
“I died and went to Heaven, saw God and Jesus, and I know they are real.”
